I'm seeking some SDN wisdom here.

I'm applying TMDSAS, so I need three LORs. The first will be from my military supervisor and the second from my ochem 1 professor. I need help for number three.

The choice is between bio 2 and physics 2. Assume for the sake of this question that I made an equally positive impression on both.

For the the bio 2 prof, my thought is that biology is more relevant to medicine.

For physics 2, my thought is that it is that most premeds are bio majors, so a strong physics LOR may stand out more.

I know I am asking for your advice based on very limited info, but based on this info alone what would you pick?

In my opinion, ask both in case one flakes or takes a long time to get it in. Maybe through your interactions you'll see that one person is more interested and thus may have written you a better LoR.

In general I think the bio one would be playing it safe. Some schools require a LoR from a prof in your department, so that might be worth considering too

Honestly, I highly doubt the letter would really be seen differently because it's from a physics prof rather than a bio one (and vice versa). Every pre-med takes bio and physics, so it's not like either would really be unique. You could do as suggested above and ask for both in case one falls through, or work on getting to know one of them better by going to office hours, etc. so they know you more personally.
