I think this was recently released. Check it out, not bad to get an idea. You just plug in your scores and number of experiences and it compares you to those who have been accepted.

What geographic region do you wanna live in?
Look at Doximity just so you have a list of programs.
Look at IM residency spreadsheet on reddit. Look at your schools previous match lists.
I would apply to at least 35 target programs, plus reach programs you want, don’t expect to get an interview from Harvard but you can apply for fun.
