so..I applied 11 schools and just found out that there's more things I need to do after e-submitting the aadsas checklist..
I went to this link
https://portal.aadsasweb.org/aadsas2009/supplemental/ins_designations_supp.htm
and UOP (one of the schools I applied) is saying

Send these materials to the dental school At the Same Time you send AADSAS materials:
  • Application fee $75
  • Official DAT scores
so..it is saying At the Same Time...and I am lil bit confused
I have two questions..

1. Is the application fee $75 the one that I payed to the AADSAS when I checked UOP in the school designation or is this another payment I personally have to make to the school?
if the latter is the true, how and where should I send the money?

2. the official DAT score....isn't it already sent by the AADSAS?
I payed $25 for each schools I applied through ADA and got one personal copy for myself (except the 5 schools that are free).
or is it the hardcopy of the score I need to send personally to the school?

man..this is confusing plz help me TT thanks!

Check UoP website, I'm sure the address is there. Oh yeah, the $75 is extra. You have to pay AADSAS and the school. For the DAT score, ADA sends the score to UoP.

so...does At The Same Time mean....when I e-submit the AADSAS???
or when the AADSAS finishes processing my information to the schools??

if the latter is right, when do you know that AADSAS has been finished the processing?
do they email me?

omg it's so annoying....=(

first, take a deep breath.

second, at the same time typically means at the same time you *submit* your AADSAS app. There is a certain amount of leeway given, and the school will typically let you know if they are still waiting for your app fee, but most people probably just send it right away via snail mail without being asked by the school (unless it specifies to wait until contacted, e.g. Loma Linda).
