I posted here a while ago. I explained that I am a married, 27-year old mother to a toddler. I have a bachelor's degree but was never able to pursue my dream of medical school. I'm still tossing that idea around.
Rhetorically.... if you were in my position, what would you do?
Some facts:
- My BA is in communications, with a minor in psychology. I have about 3 years worth of pre-med, and enough credits to count for a PhD, but I was unfocused. (As the president of a sorority, I was more interested in my social life. Yes, that cliche again.)
- I would like to go to medical school to study Psychiatry, but with a holistic perspective.
- I am considering having more children, but that remains to be seen.
- My grades were average in college, unfortunately. (I believe it was an overall 3.5), with some major flubs to boot.
I need a game plan. I need thoughts from you guys. I am the type of person that needs a plan, and I don't have one (I did, at one point...?) Not having a plan frustrates me and makes me unproductive....
Thanks.
