See, if I was to be a doctor I really would say (as a premed, so I don't know anything about it) OB-GYN would be one of my top choices! Is it really that bad? I'm not an intense girly girl, but I usually get along well with people....😕

1. Yeah, it can be a pretty excruciating rotation.
2. Like many medical specialties, it's a field where you're either born to do it, or you have absolutely no business anywhere near it. You'll figure out which category you fall in roughly fifteen seconds into your OB clerkship.
3. If you're "OB material," then you pretty much come pre-brainwashed and not only will you warmly embrace the environment that so many others find intolerable, but you will brook anti-OB sentiment with all of the tolerance of, say, your garden-variety Shiite cleric.
