hello everyone. First of all thank you for reading this offering what you think. I am taking the DAT in Jan 2011. I am about to go back to school for the Fall semester. I have some pretty rough classes. This summer I did a lot of studying but I am still not there. I have mastered organic chemistry along with bio 1 and the non-science sections. That leaves bio 2 and gen chem to study. I have this fall semester and the 4 weeks over winter break to finish up. Those 4 weeks though I hope to go back over everything in fine detail.
Do you guys have any suggestions for mastering gen chem over this semester? Also, I am not really good with Bio2 stuff...there is just SOO much. How detailed should I get with Bio2 material and is there anything I can do besides the AP Bio and kaplan for that? Those seem too general. Plants and Phylums....ugh they give me a headache.

Do you guys think I am in a good place or should I step it up? I'm Shooting for 19s across the board.

Thank you, Cameron

dude you are totally FIIINE. The fact that you're so on point so far ahead from your exam is amazing.
I didnt know anything about the type of materials or anything that I should be doing until like 3 weeks into my studying haha.
GChem I would definitely say to get Chad's videos. Also, I know it doesnt get a lot of love on here, but I used ExamKrackers for G-chem and I love it. Its just written really well and its easier for me to understand than Kaplan.
For bio....honestly, I wouldnt waste thaaaat much time worrying about it. People memorize Cliffs AP Bio front to back and still get low scores, or visa versa. Its really luck of the draw. Just understand the concepts, but don't try and memorize EVERYTHING cuz that will just feed into the time you could be spending on other subjects.
Also you should get Destroyer. And don't underestimate the math section. It may seem easy as you are looking through the problems but the time crunch is brutal.
GOOOOD LUCK!
You seem like you know what you're doing and I'm sure you'll do great
