Help need quick Peds Review, any suggestions?

I am taking step 3 in a few days and have really started doing hard core questions. My biggest problem is peds. I'm a surgery intern. I have done UW questions and average 65-73% on all other subjects except peds which is like 35-45% CORRECT. Does any one have any quick review or advice? I have read crush and step 3 FA multiple times? Have even started reviewing pretest again. I'm really worried about this. Do you think the other subjects will make up for this deficiency when I take the actual exam?

absolutely, I cant imagine someone getting 70% in ALL subjects except peds will have any struggles on the real thing...at all...I would imagine your overall score (all subjects together) would still be in the 65% range including peds (which will drop you a bit). Besides, no surgery fellowships would really care too much about Step 3 score as long as you pass...I imagine ABSITE (or whatever it's called for y'all) will matter MUCH more anyways

For really fast overall quick review, considering your time constraints, you might want to consider Boards and Wards. It's pretty comprehensive for such a little book.
