Why not try to understand the concepts? If u understand something, it obviates the need to memorize. Granted there are things that one ultimately must memorize, but strive for understanding >>> memorization.

There's pathoma for path, brs physio etc...

Memorizing and Step 1 exam do not go together for most parts.
It has become a concept oriented exam, so you have to learn by heart the concepts behind important topics.
