Help needed on publishing an ortho article

I've worked on a research to assess Pont's Index on an Arab population, the research was well done with the largest sample and best methods used compared to all other similar studies. I've submitted the article to Angle Orthodontists because most studies on this index were published in this journal, but it was rejected only 2 days later.
Does this necessarily mean that it will be rejected in other well known journals like the European or British J of Ortho? Do you have any suggestions on where should I submit the paper now? Any thoughts on World Journal of orthodontics?

If you had a patient of arabic/middle-eastern decent in your office, would you refuse treatment ?

About the journal. Did you receive some criteria or something to correct about it? maybe you need a little correction. I heard about many rejections in the first time, however after a little draft, they accept it.

The editor of the journal argues that the concept of Pont's Index which is discussed in the research has been already disproved in previous studies. I guess I'll have to send it to another Journal, does anyone know where I can find a list of orthodontic journals?
