Help needed! When should I apply?

So here is the deal: I'm a non trad with a 3.2 gpa overall and science as well. I have a 24 (9/8/7) MCAT. I have a retake planned for September and 3 class retakes planned for the Fall. I'm curious if you guys think I should apply now or wait until my MCAT is retaken. Thanks

Wait for the re-take, and then get that secondary in ASAP. 24 is not really competitive.
