I have just completed my 4 year bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical science from Nepal n I have no idea on how to register as a pharmacist in USA and I even don't know whether I have to take any classes to join University for masters degree. Can anyone help me with all these? Any kind of help and information will be hearty appreciated.

Congratulations on completing your degree. Do you know which state in USA you want to practice in? The requirements to practice will vary depending on the state.
