I was looking through the interview feedback for pritzker and several people had the question:

"How can you explain/prove how your experiences have affected you?"

How do you prove what you gained in an experience during an interview?

exactly....you can tell how you used to think about certain things before the experience and how your view on things have changed as a result of the experience you have had.........
