healthy female patient in her 20's, not pregnant came for a normal check up. CBC, LFT, RFT and serum electrolytes done. all were normal except for low BUN and low Creatinie levels. low ALT, CBC all normal except for low MCH and high% of monocytes.
patient has no medical hisotry, no surgical history.
