help ophthalmology residency

Hello,

I am a graduating med student and i chose ophthalmology for a career.
I am an arabic citizen.
In my country i have to pay for a residency in ophthalmology.
In USA it is close to impossible.
In Germany it is very very difficult ( i went there and asked around ) .
What do i do with my self, lol ?
Any help is great
