Hey everyone

I just bought the CDP like literally an hour ago. I did one test, exit and now i can't log in again. Does anyone know why?!?!? please help.. i dont want 129 dollars to be wasted 🙁

What's the error? Like what does it say when you try to login?

Hm I just bought it also. Did you make sure you followed the directions given in the email?

Email them, they usually respond very quickly!!!

definitely call them. i had some problems with mine and they walked me through it over the phone. like someone said above, great customer service

yay! i got it to work. thanks everyone for the input.. turns out i just had to change the thing 'cause i have window vista.. hahah all this studying are getting to me. hope studying is going well for you all!

Weird, I have vista and didn't encounter any problems. What was the thing you changed?
