Exam in 4 days. NBME3 was 235. NBME6 was 265. NBME4 was 262. Did both UWSA to simulate the real exam, Got 250 in 1 and 200 in 2.
I am so frustrated. What do i have to do?

How is this even possible? I understand that people can drop few points from UWSA1 but not 50 points. Given you performance on the NBMEs and uwsa1 I'd say this one was a fluke
