ok. so I just got my MCAT scores back and I'm pretty disappointed 27Q (8P, 9V, 10B) I'm wondering a) if its even worth applying this cycle b) if I should take it again possibly in August or July or where I should apply if I do. I'm a GA resident. Here are my stats

Hi, I getting ready to apply for the 2012 cycle and was wondering where I stand/ where I should apply?

cGPA - 3.83, sGPA 3.74(1B, 3B+s), MCAT 29 (11b,9v,9p)

Pretty good LORs - i think

Research - worked in a lab doing clinical research with patients of osteoarthritis and multiple sclerosis; presented my research

Shadowing - 60+hr (pediatrician, oncologist, anathesiologist, Internist, GI doc)

Volunteering:
Non Medical - Soccer Coach, Tutor
Medical - International Service trip,
80+hr Emory Univeristy Cancer Center and local hospital
2 summers as a cabin counselor at a camp for kids with diabetes

Leadership:
Leadership committee for on campus group
Team Leader - Army ROTC

Employment:
Soccer Referee
IM Sport Supervisor - in charge of conflict management and responding to medical emergencies

yeah what do you think my chances are?

Thanks in advance

also does any one know anything about the MCG early decision program and if that will improve my chances?

You list 2 MCAT's on here, is the 27 a retake? Based on the stats, assuming you are not a URM you have ~68% chance of acceptance. Apply broadly and you have a pretty good chance if you are not shooting for only the best schools.
