Alright. I have obtained an unofficial OK for the stuff I sent to B of A. I finally got someone to write me a letter (I think it was Cindy). Thanks ophtho1122 for that contact! Also thanks Pelivar; I did send them copies of all the lender's policies on derferment and grace period. Hopefully I'll get the offical OK in a day or two.
I got to hand it to SDN community: You guys really came though with some good ideas and helpful advice when I found myself in a pinch. With the exception of a couple of posts, nearly everyone had something positive to contribute. Thanks everyone!
