Hey guys,

I was wondering what is the most common type of cardiac defect in Down's patients? Is is ostium primum or septum primum ASD. . . I know that's kind of trivial but I've seen conflicting answers in Qbank as well as First aid. Thanks!

ostium primum ASD, but it can also be VSD too...although ASD is more common.
