Help - Question on UCLA application for PPID

Do we need to send the Notarized copies of Transcripts and Degree certificates to UCLA along with application or Credential evaluation report directly sent from ECE should be fine.

I have this question bcos, the application checklist says that Curriculum Vitae, Personal Statement, Application fee & Recommendation letters should be 'Enclosed' but it does not say 'Enclosed' for NBDE & TOEFL scores and ECE report, since they will be sent directly.

Bottom line question is, do we need to send the copies of Degree certicate and transcripts along with application or not.

Can some one please advice on this?

Yes. You have to send the notarized copies of your transcripts to UCLA.
I had called Mr. Nate regarding the same.
