Hey Guys
I would be really thankful if someone can tell me whether we have to send Original NDB scores, ECE, Toefl to USC Dental College or will they accept Notarized copies of these documents.

If any one can throw some light on this i would really appreciate it.

Thanks Guys.

I have called emily who is now the program director of ASPID program.
She said to me that the ECE score report and the ADA score report original letters from both the institutions should be sent to the university by the applicants.
We have to order ECE reports and NB part 1 score which comes to our address first and then we have to stuff all of them together in an envelope and send it to the university of southern California.

Anyone who has the latest information should post it please!!

Guys, the toefl score has to be sent to the university directly from toefl board with the institution code of USC 4852.

hi bluetooth 32,
r u sure they r asking for originals bcoz i confirmed twice and was told that notarized copies of ECE, part 1 and toefl will work while we send the application...
i had applied last year also to USC and had sent only notarized copies..

guys......................universities take sealed as original
if u send notarized,u will have to show original there during interview,..................u will have to order ece and ada score report at ur address. and send those sealed reports along with other req.documents in one envelope.
toefl to be sent by toefl online to uscdirectly...................just write the toefl code on the score reprt req.form and they 'll send it on their own

hi amrita1
so that means if i send them notarized copies of ece,ndb 1 and toefl for now i'll be fine as long as i show them the original copies at the interview...correct....

and since i am not sure in the first place if i will be called for the interview or not i guess sending notarized copies for now will be a good idea.....

Guys Make it clear "NOTORIZED COPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED" I have talked to emily about it. So send originals.
Order ECE and ADA score reports so that they first come to your address and then stuff them in one envelope with the recommendation letters and send them to USC.
The people who applied last year also have to do the same thing described above because even if we have applied last year USC does not keep the documents.
If You have any questions ask emily on her email id which is
Emily Sardegna <[email protected]>

What about letters of recommendation? I have notarized copies....nothing on a sealed envelope...🙁 I can show originals at time of interview...Does somebody know if this is OK?

how are you guys getting your documents translated? what do you have to do? I've been asking around all over and can't get a clear answer. can someone help me out here? thanx!

is an affidavit good enough for the translations?

oh BTW, is there no other option for requesting NBDE score reports? No online option? do we have to order through normal mail? that takes too mch time! is it one form per copy? or could you use one form for multiple copies? thanx again!
