Help Rescheduling Test

Hello, I'm trying to move my test up one day. The problem is that when I go on the Prometric site to reschedule and enter my conformation number and first 4 letters of last name, it says my conformation number is past the time for modification. My test is in 3 weeks. Also, I just tried calling Prometric, but before I can talk to anyone I have to once again enter my confirmation code, which it says it has no record of. I'm confused. I have the confirmation receipt on e-mail and everything. Any help please?

The same thing happened to me and after a few times (10-15) of it saying that it was passed the date for modification it worked. I hate the prometric website! Just keep trying until it realizes that you are right!

This happened to me too. I just tried it again a couple of days later and it worked; must be a glitch. However, don't wait too long because you never know how long the date will still be available.

i tried a few days ago too as well as today, but it still doesn't work. If I just go to the actual Prometric center I'm scheduled to take the dat at can I just reschedule it there?

It's a glitch in their system. It's happened to me a bunch of times too. Just keep retrying. Try closing your browser. Or come back later. Eventually it'll work.
