Help scheduling!!

Hey guys, I’m in my first quarter of freshman year and tomorrow I will bescheduling my winter quarter classes, and I need some suggests.

Okay, so this quarter I'm taking: Math 148 (college algebra), Gen Chem 1,Gen Bio 1, and English 101.

So next quarter I have two options:

1. take math 150 (pre-calc), Gen Chem 2, Gen Bio 2, English 102, and physics1....which will be 23 credit hours. For me to do this I would need to getpermission from an advisor. (This shouldn’t be a problem). Is 23 credit hours too much for freshman year? The average in my school is 15 credit hours, now im taking 18.....

2. Drop math 150 and just take bio, chem, phys, and eng.....

More info: I go to an Ohio school, and next year (fall 2012) all Ohio publicschools will go from quarters to semesters, and soo if I take phys 1 thiswinter, and I would have to take phys 3 in the summer. heres the problem:summer quarter will be waaaaaay, waaaay much shorter than a regular summer quarter,and I feel like i would be risking my grade. Or should I just take physics seriesnext year?

You should probably do physics next year. But then again, if you're some kind of genius or super hard worker, you could do all three. Based on your load now, if you got all A's and found that you still have ample time (so you can devote to a class like physics) then go for it. Otherwise probably not.
