Top10 College, was in consulting route before changing course as a sophomore/junior
Undergrad - research 800 hours (got only an abstract), shadowing 200 hours, nonclinical volunteer 120 hours
Gap year - clinical volunteer 550 hours (hospital and hospice), nonclinical volunteer 120 hours, teacher 200 hours

Recently got a job as a scribe and enrolled in a train-and-employ certification course for phlebotomy. Been dancing since 18, and have been dancing with a competitive team during gap year.

Add SLU Wake Creighton Oakland Western Mi MCW and maybe even Tulane. If the PB work was over 32 credits worth definitely add Wayne St

Delete CWRU Rush Hofstra UIC and NYMC

You'd be a pretty good SMP candidate. Depending on finances I would give strong consideration to that as opposed to applying DO if MD is your end goal
