Hey guys,

Based on my stats, which medical schools outside of the state of Texas do you feel I should apply to / and would have a reasonable chance of getting in?

GPA: 3.98
MCAT: 36T
Non-science major (business/liberal arts)

I live in Texas so I will be applying to everything in state, but would like some advice for a couple good reach/competitive/safety schools to add out of state as well.

Also, how important is it to have taken courses in addition to AP credit? I have taken biology/chem/math/english courses outside of the AP courses, but I just accepted my physics credit and have little desire / no time to take additional classes... is this gonna be a deal-breaker for adcoms?

With your stats, you can reasonably apply to any school where your experiences are in accord with their mission statement.
