Help. SF Match Program List

Need a little help here. I would love to rank my programs, but I cannot access the SF Match Program Listing in order to get the program code numbers. Luckily, the good people at SF Match are refusing to answer my calls or emails in order to give me the username and password. Would some kind soul PLEASE PM me the username and password to get to the directory on their site?
