HELP!! Should I retake Ochem II ?

Hi, all

I received:
4.0 in O chemistry I lecture, 4.0 in lab
2.8 in O chemistry II lecture, 4.0 in lab
4.0 in O chemistry III lecture, 4.0 in lab

Should I retake O chemistry II lecture I received a (2.8 which equals B-). I have time to retake the class in Winter quarter, or should I take another science class instead? I am pretty sure that if I do retake the class I will get a 4.0, and this will help boost my gpa.
Any advice will help thanks so much.

I say move on take something else, you did just fine.

From your post I take it that you may be taking these classes at a CC because you had to take 3 sections of Organic. I say move on take something else, you did just fine.

Three sections = 3 quarters = 1 year of O-Chem

To the OP, your average for O-Chem is good. Focus your energies on another class.

If you are sure you are going to get a 4.0 than it would not hurt to retake the class, it helps your science GPA, but some pharmacy schools look down on applicants that retake classes. 🙂

I think you'd be wasting your time. Move on and take another biology/chem class.
