HELP!!! Studying advice

Hey guys, I need some advice. I graduated with a degree in biology 2 years ago, but took time off to deal with family stuff but I'm ready to go back to school and want to go to Optometry school.
My question is this, what is the best book, site, way to prepare for the test???
I'm planning on taking it in a month but I want something that will help me remember all the science stuff so any suggestions? i've found plenty of sites and books for practice tests but I need review material.

Since you need a refresher, I would suggest looking through any old textbooks/notes you have. Kaplan and/or OAT Destroyer material may help as well. The OAT Destroyer, however, just has practice problems.

IF you're taking it in 1 month, I think reviewing through old textbooks/notes would be very ineffective. You need to concentrate your studies for the OAT. Strictly what you expect to be on the OATs, nothing more. This is where the kaplan books would come in handy.

My advice is to push it back and allot more time to study, especially since you've been out of the loop for 2 years. I still recommend using the big kaplan book as your primary study source.

By far what helped me the most was the OAT destroyer. I planned to gently use it after I had gone through the Kaplan material. Once I started the destroyer, 2 days before my exam, I kicked myself for not having used it all along! It was so much more helpful! Especially for genchem, organic, and physics! Reading sort of "is what it is" and I never studied for it, because I didn't really see how to study for it other than to read the tricks Kaplan says to use which was kind of helpful. But definitely use the destroyer!!

The material may be a little expensive, but people always are looking to buy and you can resell it same cost when your done. Good luck!!
