Help!! Transcript Delivery failure problem

I have requested two institutions to send my transcripts.
However, the transcript from my study abroad institution, where I had one summer course, was not successfully delivered. The tracking history says that "receiver is not present" thus "pick up from the post office." I really wonder why there was no one to receive my document at 10:53 AM... and I doubt that they will ever pick up my transcript from the post office.

Anyone had similar problem?

Should I just ignore the one resting in the post office and just send another one??

Actually, it is just one class that I took from this foreign institution, and if possible, I really want to just not send this one out, since it will take another three days for oversea shipping. But, problem is that one course that I have taken from here is shown in my U.S. transcript (without grade though). Is it OK if I just not send this one?

I think AADSAS is going to want transcripts from all the institutions you have attended. Big pain in the butt, yes. I have a friend who did a semester of study abroad in Japan. She had to send her transcript from overseas just like you. Her transcript had to go through ECE as well.
