I'm a history major with a non-science GPA of 3.74👍
My science GPA is 2.73, mainly because of...
Ghem 1 = F.....retook and made B.
GChem 2 = C.
Orgo 1 = C.

But in all biology classes, I've made either A's or B's.

I need your help in deciding what science courses I should I take this fall.

1. I'm definitely taking Biochemistry (w/o lab) and Physics 1 w/lab.

2. Should I take 1 or 2 additional science courses this fall?

3. Which science courses should I take to get my science GPA up?

-Anatomy and Physiology w/lab
-Microbiology w/lab
-Bacteriology w/lab
-Molecular Biology w/lab

4. OR...Should I just take biochemistry and both physics...graduate from undergrad next fall and then do a Master's Program?

A&P is an important one. I would take that first. I would leave it at that unless you are feeling really crazy, then take micro with it but really make sure you can succeed with that load. No sense in taking all these courses if you are setting yourself up for failure.

Take them all, and go all out. Dental school needs to see that you can do well in semesters with heavy loads of science classes. I dont think that they will hold being a history major against you, unless you continue to do mediocre in a minimal amount of science classes. You also need to absolutely kill those chem sections on the DAT to ease their minds.

Edit: I didn't even read that list of classes. Check out the recommended list of science classes recommended by schools that you think you have a shot at getting in. I took 2 semesters of general bio, molecular bio + lab, cell bio, advanced physiology, human anatomy + lab, evolution + lab, ecology and saw questions on the DAT from every single one of those classes. This semester (my last) I will be taking microbio + lab, pathophysiology, and histology + lab. Take as many science classes to bump up that science GPA and help you rock the DAT.
