So i had this huge dillemma.

UCLA requires one month to post final grades
UCLA requires two months to post a degree.

When schools say "you must submit final transcripts by XXX deadline" do they mean the final grades or the grades + degree awarded ??

Because the big problem is that by the time my degree gets posted it will already have passed the Deadline for my school (AECOM), and they do withdraw acceptance offers if the final transcript is not posted by Aug 4th. (whereas my degree would be ready some time in mid-august 😱)

Anybody graduate from UCLA as a undergrad or going to AECOM know anyting about which transcript we need and how they solved the problem?

Send them a copy of your final transcript and request a letter from the registrar stating that you have fulfilled all the requirements for your degree. I've had a lot of friends have to do that when they finished their PhD because the degrees are only awards three times a year regardless of when you defend and submit. So long as they have a document from the registrar with your final grades and a letter saying you've finished everything, I imagine they'll be satisfied.

I think this is a matter which would be better handled by calling AECOM than by posting on a message board.
