Can anyone suggest a safe place to find a 1 bedroom apt or condo/townhouse (low to mid 100K) to purchase around Farmington, W. Hartford, Hartford or nearby that is affordable on an intern's salary ($800-1100/mo rent)? Any good/safe family-friendly neighborhood close to UConn Med or Hartford Hospital? I'd appreciate any help as I'm not familiar with the area...THANKS!
