Hi,

I am glad that I found this great forum. Can anybody provide some help on my inquiry?

I am thinkinng to apply to dental schools after Spring 2008 semester.
By the time I finish the Spring semester and apply, I will have taken all prerequisite courses except 1 year of Organic Chemistry lab and one semester of Bio lab.
My plan is to take the rest through Spring 2009.
I just wonder if my plan is valid and schools would accept my application.
Would this work?

Thanks,
SoG

Schools will be fine with it as long as you finish all your prereqs before matriculation.

However, taking DAT without Ochem at all and missing a semester of bio is pretty suicidal, imo.

I think he/she was saying they just had the labs. If that's all it is you'll be fine on the DAT...while those labs might help, they're not necessary to be successful in those sections on the DAT. Good luck to you your plan is typical and fine of most dental students.

Ah, I see. I stand corrected. 🙂

You stand at the computer? 😉 Are you going to go to Louisville?

Haha yea. I will be on SDN for the next hour or so until I need to run some errands.

Buffalo was initially my first choice. But after visiting Louisville I am not so sure anymore. Louisville got some of the nicest people on earth!
