Why are Georgetown/GW/Tulane/brown not reaches? Your stats are great but those schools have extremely low acceptance rate

Would it be worth mentioning in secondaries that I went to a pre-med magnet high school and spent junior/senior year doing clinical rotations instead of classes? I know HS activities are looked down upon but its unique and would add a lot of experience/hours to my story.

Are other schools okay in light of low clinical hours otherwise or should I be aiming lower..

Not really.

Regarding clinical experience, you have to hope that you have enough to talk about when they ask you (indirectly, of course) how you know this is the right path for you.
