For the recommender questionare, are these additional comments aside from the pharmcas references or are these TOTALLY SEPARATE where my recommender should be writing a new lor or copying and pasting the pharmcas one to the western supplemental?

They are different from each other. I got my professors to do the references on PharmCAS and the LOR form from Western.

No. You need print out the form from Western's website and give them to your professors. Your professors need to sign the back of the envelope once they complete the form. Their signatures stand for "Official/Seal"
