Tack on Tufts, Temple, Western, MWU (IL and AZ), along with USN and I think you have a shot. It's going to be an uphill battle but the upward trend and DAT scores can go a long way in proving your abilities to the ADCOMs. With your GPA you will have to apply early, having a late application will put you in a very bad position.
