My stats:

Currently attending University of Miami
Graduating a year early
Health Science Major & double minor in Psychology and Exercise Physiology
GPA: 3.89
GRE Scores:
Quant: 157 Verb: 154
200+ hours of observation in inpatient, acute, pediatric, sports, outpatient, etc.

What are my chances of getting into school?
Any good programs anyone recommends worth the money?

GPA and observation hours look good. I'm not up-to-date on the new GRE scores. Great chance to get into schools based off of GPA and observation hours though. Recommend the cheapest school with best reputation you are accepted to; look at first-time pass rates on NPTE, look at opportunities for residencies (if interested, that is), visit schools and talk to current students.

Best of luck!

Lol yeah, assuming you don't butcher your application essays/interviews, you can probably go wherever you want to go to. There is also a forum where people put up their application stats, schools applied, and schools accepted. Don't pay too much attention to the US News Ranking IMO. Find an affordable school that fits you and has a good reputation. If you aren't sure, you can contact physical therapists you have shadowed and ask them what schools they think are good. BIG MAYBE (really not sure about this one): To find good local schools, contact the person in charge of employment at major PT clinics/hospitals, and ask them what schools in the area they recommend. It seems like many hospitals and clinics like to hire from local schools where they have hired in the past and know what to expect. If you want to work somewhere outside of the area of the school you want to go, I would maybe suggest picking a school with a bigger name that people will recognize.

Take it all with a grain of salt and always get multiple opinions on words of advice.
