hi, I have an interview at Creighton in this Friday. Is there anyone here went to the Interview or have an idea why Creighton sort of question. I NEED HELP PLEASE. Any input will be highly appreciated.👍 Thanks😍

Any information for Creighon will be helpful. All I know is that they don't have specialty so dental students will have tremendous opportunities to do every proceduresnumerous times. Besides this, any information??

you will tour the school before the interview most likely and that should give you an idea of why you like the school. No specialties = one of best clinical experiences available anywhere. the 3rd year that gave me the tour had already done like 6 molar endo in his first semester. I would love to attend.

They regularly schedule a clinic for underpriveledged and look for students to volunteer their time. This is held at the school clinic. Also, the best thing is their program to the Dominican Republic. Ask them about their ILAC center there. They have a program where you can go to the DR for a summer and work in the campos etc...I know plenty of people who did it, and it was a very good experience. Hope that helps a little.

I would say that the #1 aspect of going to Creighton is the Omaha Beef.

If you check Creighton's webpage, the university's not the dental school, you'll see the school just did an event for kids where they got check-ups. Creighton's Jesuit too, so if that has any bearing on your decision to go to school there you could mention it. Also, they have a pretty good history on board scores. The dental school's website isn't exactly user friendly but if you kind of poke around in it a bit you can find interesting stuff. Good luck at your interview!

Do they have ANY RESEARCH PROGRAM? IT SEEMS LIKE THERE ARE NO RESEARCH. I SAW IN THE WEB SAYING A PROFESSOR GOT NIH GRANT LAST SPRING BUT IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 25 YEARS THAT THEY NEVER GOT A GRANT FROM NIH? ANY IDEA? 🙄

No research to speak of that is anything special, and they have no specialties, so nothing based around that. They are definitely not "known" for their research.
