Hey everyone,

So I've been worried about something with regards to how I want my application to go. I'm taking my MCAT April 24 and asking for my three professor LORs this month. I already have two LORs from two physician I shadowed (one MD, one DO). I want to be ready by day one and send everything in as soon as possible. However, letters of evaluation for my school's committee will prolong my plan by a month (at least!). Will I be okay sending in my normal LORs as soon as I can and would it be possible to just update with a committee letter later? Thanks.

You can complete your primary application as soon as it is available. For your secondaries, you can turn in the LORs when you get them, but your application will probably not be complete until your committee letter is submitted.

I submitted my application without a few LORs. I was verified and was already completing my secondaries the two most important letters arrived to AMCAS and I just added them to designated schools. I was told that usually schools don't read LORs until after interview.
