Help with CPJE

Do we need to know dosages for the CPJE? What is your advice for studying for this exam?

You need to know some dosing esp. for drugs that need renal impairment adjustment. I recommend studying in a group and study at least 1 mth before you take it. I don't suggest the APhA book since it has a lot of wrong information and it is not really clinical. And remember to read the questions carefully!

They will ask u doses. The give you a prescription and ask you what is to be done abt it like..........
a} correct the dose
b} correct the drug
c} dispense the prescription.........

I would recommend knowing dosing for new drugs for past 2 yrs.

Yes but the physician must hand you the prescription on security paper within 7 days or you must notify the DEA within 6 days after the 7 day period has passed.
