Can anyone teach me things and functions on the software for the drop off at cvs?
How to add a profile?
How to add new prescription?
How to add insurance?
and other things I need to know for drop off.

I started working a while ago and they still have not put me for drop off so I forgot everything I learned.

They update the software much more than the training, so it’s pretty lousy.

No i am just freaking out since I dont really know much and I am really slow with things. So, I do not want to get yelled at for forgetting everything

I did it long time ago so I do not remember most of the functions.

Honestly, the best way to learn is to have a notepad at work and ask the pharmacist. Once you write it down, you won't have to ask again. Also, if you forget something, you can reference your notes. You won't get yelled at if the pharmacist sees that you're making an effort to write down what they're saying.
