Help with daily notes - pdf files

Hey guys,

I hope everybody is surviving the internship.

Some time ago, I saw few daily blank notes and "things to do" in pdf and word files. These forms make easier to follow the patients and have all the labs, "things to do" in one single page.

I couldn't find here anymore. Could anyone send me the link and/or add the pdf file in this thread?
