HELP with DUKE essays!!

I am having major difficulties in writing my Duke essays. Especially the one that asks you to discuss the moral, ethical, theological questions surrounding genetic intervention, cloning, organ transplantation and embryonic stem cell research. I just can't figure out how to organize this essay---by the different technological methods or by the social questions mentioned above.

Anyone else having or had difficulties...SPEAK UP!! Need advice ASAP!!!
