Help with Extending Eligibility Period on ECFMG

Hello,
I'd be really grateful if someone could please help me out. I was originally scheduled to take the Step 1 during this 3 month period (Oct, Nov, Dec), but I'd like to extend the eligibility period. I filled out the form on the ECFMG website, but when I reach the final page, there are 2 options: "Pay the Fee ($70)" or "Save and Log out."

Every time I click on Pay the Fee, it says "Session expired" and logs me out of my account (please see attached).
I tried calling them, but their office in Philadelphia is closed at the moment, and I'd like to try doing this today if possible.

Looks like to be a cookie problem.
Clear your cache & cookies and/or start chrome incognito and try again.
If that doesn't work then try cleaning with CCleaner and repeat the above.
If it still doesn't work then it's probably as website error.
If nothing works then take screenshots as a proof that you tried paying many times so that you have something for later.
