Dihybrid individuals of the following genotypes were mated: AaBb x AaBb,
where A is dominant to a and B is dominant to b. Assume the two loci assort
independently.
A. What is the expected frequency of progeny that would show the Ab
phenotype?

B. Suppose careful experimentation revealed the following values of
penetrance: A in the AA genotype = 85% penetrance
A in the Aa genotype = 45% penetrance
b in the bb genotype = 75% penetrance
What is the expected number of progeny out of 1,000 that would show the Ab
phenotype?

thanks.

those are answers to your questions. However, i would strongly suggest watching george wolfe's biology videos on genetics. He will master you.
