Completing your application in September is too late for MD schools. Ideally, next week is the time to apply. If you want to be competitive for the Texas MD schools then take courses in the next year to raise your GPA to 3.6 and try to improve your MCAT to at least 508. If you are interested in DO schools you are competitive for most DO schools with your current stats.
