HI, I have to write a paper on patho-physiology of a stroke.. why do strokes affecting different blood vessel supplying the brain present with different clinical features... Can any one help and suggest some good articles/books????? PLEASE..

You might want to check out the American Heart Association website. They have a sub-site dealing with stroke, so they might have the info you need to get started. You might want to do a medline search for a review article as well.
