Rank based on where you want to live for future jobs and your vibe in regards to how well you liked the people there. The more fellowships a program has the better. If you want a competitive fellowship like derm or GI then go to a place with that fellowship. Nobody can rank for you. You have to decide for yourself.
I don’t understand why people ask others to rank programs for them. All those programs are mid tier so doesn’t really matter that much which one you choose.
