at least check the spelling on "loopes" I think it should be "loupes", but I could be wrong. Best to check.

Wow! Let me just start by stating that you are an amazing writer! The story was enthralling & will allow you to have greater empathy for your patients. Is UOP the only school that you are applying to, b/c AADSAS sends out the same letter to everyone. The only other suggestion I can make is using caution talking about specializing in your personal statement. Specializing is very competitive & the admission committee wants to know that you have in interest in dentistry even if it is not specializing. Otherwise, great ps. Reading it was like finding out someone elses DAT is 30/30/30 (makes me feel a little inadequate about mine).
