I have a slight dilemma. I want to submit my PharmCAS app early, as per the advice of everyone on this forum. The problem is my essay. I was planning to get a pharmacy technician job in June, include some details of my experience in my essay, and then submit in July. However, the pharmacy I was planning to work at has been lagging because some people were on vacation, etc, and ultimately I still haven't started working there yet.
My question is: should I just write an essay regarding my experiences (none of which are pharmacy related, though I do have some pharmaceutical experience) and submit early OR should i wait until i have pharmacy experience, write about it, and submit later?
(Oh, and the other parts of my application are pretty much complete. All my LORs are in and I'm just waiting for the transcripts to be received.)
Thank you in advance, I really need some guidance.
